Labor Day weekend
We went up to Alpena for the weekend. The weather was great!! It was kind of sad having to put everything away until next year, but the boys (not really Audrey) were excited about starting school today. Their school, MIller, has a new look inside (very nice!) and we met their teachers last Wednesday at open house. Gedry has Ms. Johnson (whom Zachary had last year) and zachary has Mrs. Morrin.We, too, have a new addition. His name is Taz and he joined us in Standish on our way up north on Friday. His personailty is totally opposite his name. He is calm and well-behaved (so far!!). He did bark at the TV last night when Gary turned on Animal Planets dog rescue show (I think it’s animal cops or something)
From Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay
Peg & Tom and Gary & Diane filled the middle of their winter visit with mom & dad in St. Pete by visiting Busch Gardens. Christine & Audrey rode every rollercoaster in the park together with many other rides and activities. Tom & Peg spent 40 wonderful minutes without children in the ”Brewmaster Club” sampling and learning about various beers (mostly sampling). It was a beautiful day and a sensational experience with plenty for everyone to enjoy including Peg who abhors rollercoasters.
